摘要
为满足辐射环境监测中对大量生物样品快速灰化的要求,研制了一台大容量生物样品快速灰化装置。该装置由灰化室、通排风系统和自动控制系统三部分组成,其中灰化室是关键部件。装置采用微波加热方式,微波源为输出功率达3.2kW的磁控管组。灰化室体积为18L,可一次处理公斤级的生物样品。装置采用在惰性气氛和氧气氛下分阶段炭化和灰化的灰化方式,通过调节灰化程序实现了炭化、灰化在同一装置中完成。与传统马弗炉法相比,初步验证实验表明,采用该装置的灰化技术能大大缩短灰化时间,适合于快速灰化大量生物样品。
A large-capacity rapid ashing apparatus is developed in order to quickly incinerate biologic sample in radiation environmental monitoring.The apparatus consists of ashing chamber,ventilation and exhaust system and automatic control system.The ashing chamber is crucial component which is heated by microwave and output power of microwave source is 3.2kW.As the volume of the ashing chamber reachs to 18L,kilograms of biological samples can be handled by the apparatus in a single ashing experiment.The biologic samples are charred and incinerated in inert gas and oxygen atmosphere respectively,so they are charred and incinerated in the same apparatus by means of regulating procedure of ashing.The results of preliminary validation experiment showed that ashing time of the method is shortened significantly in comparison with the method of typical muffle furnace.The apparatus is suitable to quickly incinerate a lot of biologic samples.
