摘要 针对力帆620汽车电动助力转向系统(EPS)的开发,在其基本构成和工作原理基础上运用故障树分析法对其故障进行细致分析,并总结出需检测故障点及其故障判别方法;根据EPS系统各类故障对部件的输出和整个EPS工作的不同影响,按照两种不同的故障处理方式设计出故障自诊断流程和安全保护策略;文章的研究对不同类型的EPS故障诊断研究有较好的实用参考价值。 Aiming at the development of electric power steering system(EPS) of the LIFAN 620 vehicle,its possible faults were analyzed by using the method of fault tree analysis(FTA) based on its structure composition and working principle,and the fault points needing to detect and its identifying method were summarized;According to the different effects of the faults,the self-diagnosis flow chart and safety protection strategy were designed by utilizing different failure treatment methods.The research has practical reference value to different types of EPS fault diagnosis.
