摘要
本文简要阐述了动态光散射激光粒度仪的基本原理,并介绍了美国BECKMAN COULTER公司的DelsaTM Nano C的主要性能。着重分析了影响测量结果准确性的主要因素,其中包括仪器选择、样品分散、设置测量参数等,并举例说明不同条件处理样品对测试结果的影响。最后概括了该仪器在纳米材料研究领域的应用情况。
The basic principle of dynamic laser light scattering particle size analyzer is introduced.The main performance of the United States BECKMAN COULTER's DelsaTM Nano C is introduced also.The main factors that affect the accuracy of measurement results are analyzed,including equipment selection,sample dispersion,setting measurement parameters.And the relationship between diffrent processing conditions and the test results of the sample are found.Finally the application of the instrument in the field of the nano-research is summarized.
