摘要
随着公立医院改革步伐的加快,医院传统党建模式出现了创新机制不足,与中心工作脱节等问题。人本管理理论强调把人确立为组织管理的主导,其精髓与党的以人为本的理念是一致的。我院将人本管理理论应用到医院党建工作实践中,开展了"支部书记责任制"、"基层党建创新基金"等工作,克服党建传统模式弊端,激发了党建活力。
With the acceleration of the reform of public hospitals, hospital traditional party- building model emerged innovative mechanism is insufficient, out of touch with the central issues. The People--oriented Management Theory puts people as the priority in the organization management whose quintessence is rightly in line with the People First idea by the CPC. through the people-management theory in party building practice of hospital, Hospital Launched the "Party branch secretary responsibility, party building innovation fund," etc.,we could overcome the drawbacks of the traditional model of party building, stimulate party building activity.
