摘要
目的:建立UFLC测定安神补脑液中次黄嘌呤的含量。方法:色谱柱Eclipse XDBC18(4.6mm×100mm,3.5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.1%甲酸溶液(2∶98);流速:0.5mL·min-1;柱温:30℃;检测波长:249nm。结果:次黄嘌呤在0.00125~0.01125μg呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为96.80%(n=5),RSD=2.20%。结论:本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于安神补脑液的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a UFLC method for the determination of hypoxanthine in Anshen Bunao liquid. Methods: The Eclipse XDB C18 column(4. 6 mm × 100 mm,3.5 μm)was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol -0. 1% Formic acid water(2: 98)with a flow rate 0. 5 mL · min^-1. The detection wavelenghth was at 249 nm. Results: There was a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 001 25 -0. 011 25 μg(r =0. 999 9). The average recovery was 96. 80 % and RSD = 2. 20 % (n = 5 ). Conclusion: The method is efficient and accurate with a good repeatability and can be used for the control of Anshen Bunao liquid.
