Determination of Ferulic Acid in DanShenyikun Mixture by HPLC

目的:提高丹参益坤口服液的质量标准。方法:采用HPLC测定丹参益坤口服液中阿魏酸的含量。结果:丹参益坤口服液中阿魏酸的含量在0.0124～0.2477μg线性关系良好,r=0.9999;平均回收率为98.77%,RSD=0.85%。结论:该方法操作易行,稳定可靠,可用于丹参益坤口服液中阿魏酸的含量,以控制该制剂的质量。

Objective：To establish a standard to determinate ferulic acid in DanShenyikun mixture. Methods： Fendic acid in DanShenyikun mixture were determinated by HPLC. Results： The linear range of ferulic acid was 0.012 4 -0.247 7 μg , r = 0. 999 9. The average recovery of ferulic acid was 98.77 % and RSD was 0. 85 %. Conclusion ： The method is simple, sensitive and accurte can be used to determine ferulic acid in DanShenyikun mixture and control the quality of DanShenyikun mixture.
