摘要
《食品安全法》首次以法律的形式明确了我国食品安全风险评估制度的地位。通过对我国食品安全风险评估制度的现状分析,借鉴国外食品安全风险评估制度先进经验,文章引入了风险交流概念,并提出应当提高公众参与度,实现风险评估专家组与第三方评估机构合作,制定出统一、严谨的食品安全风险评估标准,从而进一步完善我国食品安全风险评估制度。
Food Safety Law of PRC establishes the sy-stem of food safety risk assessment in China at first.Based on analyzing the status of the food safety risk assessment system,taking examples from foreign countries,this article introduces the concept of risk communication,and proposes increasing public participation,enhancing the experts' cooperation with the third-party agencies,and developing a unified,rigorous standards for food risk assessment,and then the food safety risk assessment system will be improved.
