摘要
以溴端基超支化聚(胺-酯)、丙烯酸、烯丙基聚乙二醇甲基醚为原料,采用活性聚合法(ATRP)制备了一种超支化星型聚羧酸系减水剂,并采用红外、核磁对产品进行了表征。水泥净浆流动性实验表明,该种减水剂在硫铝酸盐水泥中具有较好的分散性;表观吸附量的测试验证了该种减水剂可以有效地吸附在硫铝酸盐水泥颗粒表面;抗压强度等的测试表明,该种减水剂应用于硫铝酸盐水泥中具有较好的力学性能。
A novel hyperbranched star polycarboxylic superplasticizer(HPC) was synthesized by ATRP from bromo-terminated hyperbranched poly(amine-ester),acrylic acid,monomethoxy-capped polyethylene glycol allyl and characterized by FTIR spectra and 1HNMR.The dispersing effectiveness of HPC in sulphoaluminate cement was assessed by flow of paste.The amount of superplasticizers adsorbed on sulphoaluminate cement was tested and the result showed the novel hyperbranched star polycarboxylic superplasticizer could be significantly adsorbed on the surface of cement particles.The compressive strength tests showed that the hyperbranched star polycarboxylic superplasticizer has good mechanical properties in sulphoaluminate cement.
