摘要
以E-51环氧树脂为主体树脂,通过添加活性增韧剂、柔韧性环氧树脂、柔性固化剂及纳米材料4种方法制备弹性环氧灌浆材料,比较了采用不同改性方法的环氧灌浆材料的性能及工艺特点,并在上海地铁隧道工程进行了试点应用。
Four kinds of different elastic epoxy grouting materials were prepared by adding toughening agent,flexible epoxy resin,flexible curing agent and nano materials with the E-51 epoxy resin as the main resin,material properties and characteristics of the process which prepared from the different modification methods are compared.The obtained materials are applied in Shanghai metro tunnel project.
