轧制工艺对真空轧制复合钢板组织与性能的影响 被引量:19

Effect of Rolling Parameters on Microstructure and Property of Vacuum Rolling Clad Steel Plate

摘要 在不同的总压下率下,对两块尺寸和成分状态相同的连铸坯进行真空轧制复合,以得到特厚复合钢板。分析了总压下率对复合板的界面组织和Z向力学性能的影响。结果表明,在总压下率10%下,复合板界面存在条状缺陷,利用原位观察法和能谱分析证实该缺陷由Al-Si-Mn氧化物和孔隙组成。当总压下率超过30%后,缺陷中孔隙消失,氧化物逐渐被细化,当总压下率达到70%,界面氧化物几乎消失。随着总压下率的增加,复合板的Z向抗拉强度和伸长率均显著增加。总压下率为10%时,复合板断裂在界面且为脆性断裂,伸长率很低;总压下率70%时,复合板断裂在母材且为韧性断裂,伸长率和Z向抗拉强度最高。 Under various total rolling reduction ratios,two same continuous casting slabs were subjected to vacuum rolling cladding to examine of possibility of achieving the heavy gauge clad steel plate with a high quality.The microstructure and mechanical properties of clad plate were mainly investigated.At a total rolling reduction ratio of 10%,some obvious like-strip defects,which existed in the interface of the clad plate,consisted of the interstice and Al-Si-Mn oxide indicating by in situ observation method and energy dispersive spectroscopy.At a total rolling reduction ratio(≥30%),the interstice at the interface vanishes.Enhancement of the total rolling reduction ratio results in decreasing of the oxide size.Furthermore,with enhancing total rolling reduction ratio,Z direction tensile strength and elongation increased significantly.While at a total reduction ratio of 10%,the brittle fracture appeared at the interface,at a total reduction ratio of 70%,the ductile fracture occurred in the parent material.
