摘要
教师的教学理念、教学方式的变化,主要体现在优化课堂教学结构,构建以学生发展为本的有效的课堂教学上。教师应该做到将教学内容融入到教学活动中,使每个活动都能为实现教学目标服务。这样,既体现了"教"的有效性,又体现了"学"的有效性,进而培养学生的创新精神和实践活动能力。
The changes of teaching should improve the structure of English lesson.Teachers should stimulate the interest in English learning and pay attention to the activities in the teaching procedure,so that we are able to improve the students＇ practical and creative ability.
