本论文全面阐述了编辑人员应具有的基本素质,认为编辑人员应具有突出的眼力、功力、能力,这三"力"实际包括了编辑人员政治和业务两方面的素质,文中对三"力"分别做了详尽的阐释。
This paper comprehensively interprets the basic accomplishments of an editor and proposes that an editor should have three abilities which is actually an editor＇s political and professional accomplishments.
