By means of expounding the significance and forms of the development of college English second classroom activities,and analyzing the existing problems in the implementation,this paper discusses how to carry out the second classroom activities effectively,in order to better promote the English teaching,to deepen and broaden the reform of English teaching,and to improve students＇ comprehensive quality.
