摘要
班主任的有效家访可以与学生和家长架起感情联系与心灵沟通的桥梁,与家长在教育孩子方面达成共识,引导学生根据自己的特点健康成长。本文结合中学班级管理工作的实际,阐述家访的定位及有效家访的策略。
Effective teachers＇ home visits can connect emotionally and spiritually with students and their parents,and in this process, teachers and parents can reach a consensus in teaching children so as to guide students to grow up healthily according to their characteristics. In this paper, the writer discusses the positioning and effective strategies of teachers＇ home visits combining with the actual class management of middle school.
