益气活血通络汤治疗脑梗塞恢复期40例 被引量:1

The Observation of Efficacy on 40 Cases of the Convalescent Patients of Cerebral Infarction Treated with Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Tang

摘要 [目的]观察益气活血通络汤治疗脑梗塞恢复期疗效。[方法]将80例随机分为两组,均指导进行功能锻炼和针灸等康复治疗。对照组40例常规西药治疗,治疗组40例在常规西药治疗的基础上,加用中药益气活血通络汤,每日1剂水煎服,两组均治疗45d。[结果]脑梗塞症状两组均改善,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),神经功能缺损程度评分两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)[结论]益气活血通络汤治疗脑梗塞恢复期可明显促进患者神经功能恢复,有较好的临床疗效。 [Objective] To observe the efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Tang on the convalescent patients of cerebral infarction.[Method] To divide 80 cases of these specific patients into two groups randomly with the help of dirigation and acupuncture rehabilitation;among them 40 cases in the control group receive the conventional western medicine treatment alone and another 40 cases in the treatment group take traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Tang decocted in water for oral dose once per day besides the conventional western medicine treatment.All the 80 cases in the two groups are treated for forty five days.[Results] The symptoms of cerebral infarction in both groups are improved with the treatment group superior to the control group(P0.05);scores of NIHSS(National Institute of Health Stroke Scale) in both groups are improved(P0.05),with the treatment group superior to the control group(P0.05).[Conclusion] Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Tang used to the convalescent patients of cerebral infarction can obviously promote the patients' neural functions,showing better clinical efficacy.
