摘要 提高小学科学教师的专业素养是实现培养小学生科学素养的根本措施。本文通过对衢州地区小学科学教师现状调查,发现该地区小学科学教师专业知识发展的起点较低、科学学科知识掌握程度一般、教师专业知识发展的支持环境较差、教师参加的培训与教研活动较少等问题,为培养和提高衢州地区小学科学教师的专业素养寻找科学有效的策略进行深入探索。 It is a basic measure of cultivating pupils' science accomplishment to improve the professional accomplishment of primary school science teachers. Through the survey on the current status of primary school sc ience teachers in Quzhou City,the writer finds that science teachers' starting level of pro- fessional development is low, their professional knowledge is weak,the supporting environment of teacher professional devel- opment is poor and these teachers have less access to professional training and teaching researches. The writer, in this paper, deeply inquires into the effective strategies to cultivate and improve primary school science teachers' professional accomplishment in Quzhou City.
