健脾祛瘀方联合卡培他滨、伊立替康治疗晚期大肠癌20例

Clinical study of Jianpi Quyu Decoction with Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Patients with Advanced Colorectal Tumor

[目的]观察健脾祛瘀方联合卡培他滨、伊立替康治疗晚期大肠癌疗效。[方法]将40例随机分为两组。对照组20例采用卡培他滨(Xeloda)+伊立替康(CPT-11)方案;治疗组采用健脾祛瘀方联合化疗。观察CEA值、Karnofsky评分、生活质量评分及血常规、肝肾功能等安全性指标,治疗两个月进行疗效判定。[结果]健脾祛瘀方联合化疗治疗晚期大肠癌,在降低CEA值、改善体力状况、提高患者生活质量等方面优于单纯化疗。[结论]中西医结合治疗晚期大肠癌可提高疗效减轻副作用。

[Objective] To observe the efficacy and Side effects of Jianpi Quyu decoction with chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with advanced colorectal tumor.[Methods]40 cases included in the standard of advanced colorectal cancer patients are divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group of 20 cases,20 cases of the control group.Treatment group used the chemotherapy treatment and Jianpi Quyu decoction;Control group with the chemotherapy treatment group;chemotherapy using capecitabine（Xeloda） ＋ irinotecan（CPT-11）.We recorded the CEA,Karnofsky score,the quality of life score and blood,liver and kidney function,and other safety indicators before and after treatment,and statistic the results with statistical software.[Results]Jianpi Quyu decoction with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer in the lower value of CEA,improving physical conditions and the quality of life is better than chemotherapy alone.[Conclusion]Integrative Medicine on the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer can improve the efficacy of reducing side effects.
