参苓白术散加味治疗脾胃虚寒型溃疡性结肠炎30例

Shen Ling Baizhu San Treated 30 Cases of Ulcerative Colitis Spleen Deficiency

[目的]观察参苓白术散加减治疗脾胃虚寒型溃疡性结肠炎疗效。[方法]使用参苓白术散加减治疗脾胃虚寒型溃疡性结肠炎30例,每日1剂4,0d为1个疗程。[结果]3例治疗2个疗程2,7例均为1个疗程,治愈9例,好转20例,无效1例,总有效率96.67%。[结论]参苓白术散加味治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效满意。

[Objective] Shen Ling Baizhu San treating spleen deficiency ulcerative colitis.[Methods] Shen Ling Baizhu San treating spleen deficiency ulcerative colitis,30 cases a day,40d for a course of treatment.[Results] Three cases of 2 courses of treatment,27 cases were a course of treatment,cure in 9 cases,20 cases improved,1 patient,the total efficiency of 96.67%.[Conclusion] Shen Ling Baizhu San ulcerative colitis results were satisfactory.
