益气温阳活血汤内服并重洗配合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经变40例

Yiqiwenyang Decoction Combined with Oral Hypoglycemic Agents or Insulin Treatment of Diabetes,40 Cases of Peripheral Nerve Changes

[目的]观察益气温阳活血汤治疗糖尿病周围神经变的疗效。[方法]方用益气温阳汤,配合中药熏洗,对患者均进行糖尿病教育,合理选用口服降糖药或胰岛素。[结果]40例患者中显效30例,有效7例,无效3例,总有效率92.50%。[结论]益气温阳活血汤内外并用治疗糖尿病疗效满意。

[Objective] Yiqiwenyang Decoction for treatment of diabetic peripheral neurodegenerative effect.[Method] Fang Yiqiwenyang soup,Fumigation with Chinese herb,for patients to diabetes education,a reasonable selection of oral hypoglycemic agents or insulin.[Results] 40 patients,30 cases markedly effective in 7 cases,3 cases,the total effective rate was 92.5%.[Conclusion] Yiqiwenyang blood soup with inside and outside the treatment of diabetes and results were satisfactory.
