从肝脾失调论治类风湿性关节炎的理论探讨

Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis,Liver and Spleen Disorders from the Theory

[目的]探讨从肝脾失调论治类风湿性关节炎的理论依据.[方法]采用回顾性文献法,查阅系统研究古代医家对类似于类风湿性关节炎的"痹证""历节""痛风"等从肝脾失调论治文献。[结果]历代医家对肝脾失调与RA关系的论述较为散在、粗略,作为"从肝脾失调来论治类风湿"的依据还不够充分。[结论]"肝脾失调、内生风湿"是RA发病的重要基础也影响疾病的变化、转归及其治疗。

[Objective] To investigate the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis from the liver and spleen disorders on the theoretical basis.[Methods] Retrospective literature method,inspection system for the study of ancient physicians like rheumatoid arthritis,＂Arthralgia＂,＂Calendar Day＂,＂gout＂ and other literature on the rule from the liver and spleen disorders.[Results] ancient physicians and RA on liver and spleen disorders discussion of the relationship is more scattered,roughly,as ＂theory of governance from the liver and spleen disorders to rheumatoid＂ basis was not sufficient.[Conclusion] ＂the liver and spleen disorders,endogenous rheumatism＂ is an important basis for the pathogenesis of RA disease also affects the changes in prognosis and treatment.
