磁硃安神汤治疗广泛性焦虑症58例

Cizhu Anshen Decoction Treatment of Generalized Anxiety Disorder 58 Cases

[目的]观察磁硃安神汤治疗广泛性焦虑症疗效。[方法]将116例随机分为两组,药物清洗期1周。治疗组58例采用磁硃安神汤,对照组58例口服多虑平50mg。连续治疗42d进行疗效判定。分别在治疗前、治疗第1、2、4、6周进行汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、药物不良反应评定量表(TESS)评分。[结果]治疗组痊愈11例,显效20,有效16,无效11例,总有效率81.03%。对照组痊愈7例,显效11,有效21,无效19例,总有效率67.24%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]磁硃安神汤治疗焦虑症疗效逐渐递增,不良反应少、程度轻,有效、安全。
