世界上没有两个完全相同的东西,我们课堂教学面对的就是这样各个不同的具有鲜活生命的求知欲望非常强烈的学生,他们的性格是千差万别的,表现出不同的个性化差异。语文课堂教学要走出以往传统死板教条的教学模式,贯彻新课改的理念,培养高素质的人才,就必须不断进行语文课堂教学方法的改革试验,而这种改革试验应突出学生学习的主体性,把学生的个性化发展作为重中之重,使他们的个性在语文课堂教学中得到发展,使他们具有积极健康、乐观向上的学习心态,让他们充满旺盛的活力,提高学习的效率。

There are no two things of totally the same appearance in the world. Our classroom teaching is confronted with various students with totally different personalities.In order carry out the new curriculum reform and get rid of the traditional dull teaching mode, the innovation of Chinese classroom teaching should be undertaken, which should lay stress on students＇ personality, so as to keep their strong desire for knowledge and improve learning efficiency.
