针灸配合天麻钩藤饮治疗肝阳上亢型头痛25例

Acupuncture with Gastrodia and Uncaria Decoction Treatment of Liver Yang Headache

[目的]观察针药配合天麻钩藤饮治疗肝阳上亢型头痛疗效。[方法]将50例门诊患者随机分为两组,对照组25例天麻钩藤饮加减口服,治疗组25例天麻钩藤饮加减口服并配合针灸,30d后疗效判定。[结果]治疗组痊愈17例,显效5例,好转2例,无效1例;对照组痊愈12例,显效5例,好转4例,无效1例;总有效率治疗组(96.00%)好于对照组(84.00%)(P<0.05)。[结论]针灸配合天麻钩藤饮治疗肝阳上亢型头痛疗效满意。

[Objective] acupuncture with Gastrodia and Uncaria decoction treatment of liver yang headache patients.[Method]50 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the contrast group of 25 cases of oral Gastrodia and Uncaria decoction to add,subtract,the treatment group of 25 casesof oral Gastrodia and Uncaria decoction to add,subtract and acupuncture,30d after the therapeutic efficacy.[Results]the treatment group 17 patients were cured,5 cases markedly improved and 2 cases,1 patient;the contrast group,12 patients cured,effective in 5 cases,4 cases improved,1 patient;total effective rate of the treatment group（96.00%） better than the contrast group（84.00%）（P0.05）.[Conclusion]The acupuncture with Gastrodia and Uncaria decoction treatment of liver yang headache results were satisfactory.
