The educational philosophy of anthropologismus as a new ideology sets man as its start point to improve human endowment and to fully develop man＇s potentials.It theoretically encourages overall academic development with respect to cognition, emotion and willpower.Put into practice,it can help improve teaching quality of college English and enhance teaching effect.
