摘要
[目的]观察溃疡性结肠炎葛根芩连汤加味灌肠护理效果。[方法]采用自拟葛根芩连汤加味保留灌肠1,5天为1个疗程,间歇5天后进行下1个疗程,2个疗程为1个治疗周期。[结果]治愈15例,显效14例,好转15例,无效4例,总有效率91.67%。[结论]溃疡性结肠炎葛根芩连汤加味灌肠应用疗效满意。
[Objective] Modified Gegenqinlian Decoction enema for ulcerative colitis and care effect.[Methods] Self Gegenqinlian Decoction enema,15 days for a course,the gap for the next 5 days after treatment,two courses for a treatment cycle.[Results] cured 15 cases,effective in 14 cases,improved in 15 cases,4 cases,total effective rate was 91.67%.[Conclusion] Gegenqinlian Decoction enema for ulcerative colitis were satisfactory.
