综合调护配合四黄膏外敷护理肝硬化腹水并发重度脐疝1例报告

Comprehensive Nursing Care With Four Yellow Plaster Severe Liver Cirrhosis Complicated by Umbilical Hernia 1 Case Report

[目的]观察综合调护配合四黄膏外敷护理肝硬化腹水并发重度脐疝效果。[方法]使用避免腹内压增加、全身皮肤养护及心理疏导联合四黄膏外敷综合调护措施配合临床治疗。[结果]20日治疗与护理,患者腹胀消退明显,脐疝自然回纳,脐周未触及硬结,无压痛。精神好转,无腹胀、腹痛、双下肢无凹陷性浮肿,病情稳定。[结论]综合调护配合四黄膏外敷护理可提升临床疗效。

[Objective] Comprehensive nursing care with four yellow plaster cirrhosis complicated by severe umbilical hernia results.[Method]Used to avoid intra-abdominal pressure increases,the body skin joint conservation and psychological counseling four yellow plaster comprehensive nursing measures with clinical treatment.[Results]20-day treatment and care,patients with abdominal distension subsided significantly,umbilical hernia natural back satisfied,cullen is not palpable induration,no tenderness.The spirit of improvement,no bloating,abdominal pain,non-pitting edema of both lower extremities,a stable condition.[Conclusion]Comprehensive nursing care with four yellow plaster can improve clinical efficacy.
