摘要
让学生学会"自主,合作,探究"学习的过程中,仍然要发挥教师的主导作用。与传统的教师主导作用不同的是:过去教师的主导作用是靠系统讲授来实现的,现在教师除了传授知识,还应该成为学生学习的激发者、组织者和引导者。"启"和"发"的内容正是教师要教的内容,关键是要抓住火候,不要超前。否则就不能引起学生的思考,就不能达到让学生感到"豁然开朗"的目的,就不会出现"山重水复疑无路,柳暗花明又一村"的教学效果。正如叶圣陶老先生所说:"提问不能答,指点不开窍,然后畅讲,印入更深。"
Teachers still should play a leading role in the process of students' acquisition of "autonomous,cooperative,explorative" learning method.Compared with the traditional teachers' leading role,the new one shows the following difference:the realization of a traditional teacher's leading role relies on systematical instruction while the later teacher should not only be a knowledge instructor,but also the organizer and guide of students' learning.The content of enlightenment is right the content teachers should teach,but the key is to grasp the time.Otherwise you will not be able to arouse students' thinking,and let students instantly clear up the view,not to say a turning teaching effect.As Mr.Ye Shengtao said,"when the question cannot be answered and the answer cannot be understood,a thorough elaboration can give students a more deep impression."
