浅谈幼儿教育中的个别化教学研究

A Brief Discussion on Specialized Teaching in Pre-school Education

每个幼儿的个体表现都不一样,在幼儿的成长过程中会出现极大的差别。教师在幼儿教育中必须要重视幼儿自身发展的需要,正视幼儿发展的个性差别,制定针对幼儿个性的不同的教学内容和目标,实行个别化教学,这样才能保证幼儿的各种潜能得到最大程度的发挥。本文结合幼儿个性化问题,对教学实践进行了初步的探讨。

Different infants have different individual behaviors,which distinguish a lot in infants＇ growth.Teachers should attach importance to the needs of infants＇ individual development and make different teaching aims and contents in accordance with infants＇ different personalities.It is a way to achieve the optimum development of infants＇ various potentials.This paper,based on the issue of infants＇ individual characteristics,preliminary inquires into the teaching practice.
