糖尿病肾病中医病因病机初探

To Investigate the Diabetic Nephropathy of Etiology and Pathogenesis

本文的研究分为四个部分。第一部分,对糖尿病肾病中医病名的认识,中医有消渴、脾瘅、消肾等症的记载,近年来同统称为消渴病肾病。第二部分,指出糖尿病肾病病性为本虚标实证,它由燥热伤津耗气发展到阴阳两虚。第三部分,指出脾肾亏虚是糖尿病肾病发病之本。糖尿病病变的脏腑主要与肺、脾、肾相关,尤其以脾肾更为重要;先天禀赋不足,后天脾胃受损,容易导致糖尿病肾病。第四部分,指出痰瘀互结贯穿糖尿病肾病整个发展过程。痰湿与瘀血可以互为因果,相互影响,若治疗不当病情会逐渐加重。
