辽宁省中小学体育教师职业技能现状与对策研究

A Study on the Current Status of Sports Teachers' Vocational Skills in Primary and Secondary Schools in Liaoning Province and Its Countermeasure

本文对辽宁省部分中小学体育教师进行问卷调查,结果表明中小学体育教师在培养和培训两方面与中小学体育教育发展要求之间存在不足。本文结合新课标对体育教师的职业技能再学习提出了相应的对策。

Through the questionnaire survey on PE teachers in some primary and secondary schools in Liaoning Province,the writer finds out that the cultivation and training of primary and secondary school PE teachers is far from the need of PE development,so this paper proposes corresponding strategies on PE teachers＇ relearning of professional skills based on the new curriculum standards.
