参松养心胶囊联合丹红注射液治疗老年缺血性心律失常30例

30 Cases of Shensongyangxin Capsule and Danhong Injection in Treating Ischemic Arrhythmia in Elderly Patients

[目的]观察参松养心胶囊联合丹红注射液治疗老年缺血性心律失常的临床疗效。[方法]将60例老年缺血性心律失常患者随机分为参松养心胶囊联合丹红注射液组(治疗组)30例和心律平组(对照组)30例。两组患者均接受阿司匹林、硝酸酯类药常规治疗。[结果]两组治疗后早搏次数较治疗前明显减少(P<0.01),治疗组总有效率达80.00%,对照组总有效率达76.70%。两组比较无差异(P>0.01)。但治疗组治疗后24h的心肌缺血下降幅度及下降时间明显优于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应明显低于对照组。[结论]参松养心胶囊联合丹红注射液治疗老年缺血性心律失常疗效显著。

[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of Shensongyangxin capsule and Danhong injection in treating ischemic arrhythmia in elderly patients.[Method]The 60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group（30 cases,treated by Shensongyangxin capsule and Danhong injection） and the control group（30 cases,treated by Xinlvping）.Both groups received conventional treatment by aspirin and nitrate medications.[Result]The number of premature beats in both groups were reduced significantly（P0.01）,The effective rate of the treatment group is 80.00%,while the control group is 76.70%.There was no obvious difference between the two groups（P0.01）.But the ischemia of the treatment group decline much faster and more largely during 24 hours after treatment than the control group,and the adverse effects of the treatment group were much less than the control group.[Conclusion]It suggested that the effect of Shensongyangxin capsule and Danhong injection was significant in treating ischemic arrhythmia in elderly patients.
