蒿芩清胆汤加味治疗胆汁反流性胃炎52例

Treating 52 Cases of Bile Reflux Gastritis with Jiawei Haoqin Qingdan Decoction

[目的]观察蒿芩清胆汤加味治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。[方法]将77例随机分为两组,治疗组52例予蒿芩清胆汤加味,1剂/d,分2次口服。对照组25例用奥美拉唑20mg,2次/d,口服,莫沙比利5mg,3次/d,口服。治疗28d进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组痊愈28例,显效14例,有效5例,无效5例,总有效率90.38%。对照组痊愈7例,显效6例,有效4例,无效8例,总有效率68.00%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]蒿芩清胆汤加味治疗胆汁反流性胃炎疗效显著。

[Objective]To observe the effect of treating bile reflux gastritis with Jiawei Haoqin Qingdan decoction.[Method]The 77 cases were randomly divided into two groups,52 patients were treated with Haoqin Qingdan decoction,1 prescription/d,orally 2 times.25 patients in the control group of Omeprazole 20mg,2 times/d,orally,mosapride 5mg,3 times/d,orally.Treatment 28d to determine the efficacy.[Results]The treatment group recovered 28 cases,were effective 14 cases,efficiency rate 5 cases,invalid 5 cases,the total efficiency rate for 90.38%.The control group recovered 7 cases,were effective 6 cases,efficiency rate 4 cases,invalid 8 cases,the total efficiency rate for 68.00%.Clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Haoqin Qingdan decoction of bile reflux gastritis significant effect.
