摘要
[目的]观察中西医结合对幽门螺杆菌阳性十二指肠溃疡的疗效评价及其复发的相关因素。[方法]将165例幽门螺杆菌阳性十二指肠球部溃疡患者随机分为两组,对照组84例采用常规药物治疗。观察组81例在对照组治疗基础上加用六君汤加味治疗。[结果]观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医结合治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性十二指肠球部溃疡有较好的疗效。
[Objective]Integrative medicine for evaluation of Helicobacter pylori positive duodenal ulcer and its recurrence in the relevant factors.[Methods]The 165 cases of Helicobacter pylori-positive patients with duodenal ulcer were randomly divided 84 patients into control group,their routine medication,and treatment group 81 patients,and Integrative medicine.[Results]The observer effect of the treatment of patients better than the control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Integrative medicine on helicobacter pylori treatment for duodenal ulcer treatment better and improve the prognosis of patients.
