中西医结合治疗Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病45例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treating 45 Cases of Stage Ⅳ Diabetic Nephropathy in the Integrative Medicine

[目的]观察中西医结合治疗Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。[方法]将90例随机分为两组,对照组45例口服雷米普利、胰激肽原酶片治疗。治疗组45例在对照组治疗基础上配合实脾饮加减治疗。经过8周治疗进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组总有效率95.60%,对照组总有效率66.70%,临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病效果较好。

[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of treating stage Ⅳ diabetic nephropathy in the integrative medicine.[Method]The 90 cases were randomly divided into two groups,Control group 45 cases oral ramipril,kallidinogenase tablets.Treatment group 45 cases in the control group on the basis of treatment with Shipi Yin.Treatment 8 weeks to determine the efficacy.[Results]The treatment group the total efficiency rate for 95.60%.The control group total efficiency rate for 66.70%.Clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Treating stage Ⅳ diabetic nephropathy in the integrative medicine has a good effect.
