脐周八穴为主埋线配合耳穴贴压治疗单纯性肥胖症80例

Periumbilical Eight Holes Catgut Embedding Therapy Combined with Auricular Plaster Therapy on The Simple Obesity 80 Cases

[目的]观察脐周八穴为主埋线配合耳穴贴压治疗单纯性肥胖症临床疗效。[方法]80例患者采用辨证取穴,埋线配合耳穴贴压治疗。[结果]80例患者中临床治愈17例(占21.25%),显效36例(占45.00%),有效20例(占25.00%),无效7例(占8.75%),总有效率91.25%。[结论]脐周八穴为主的埋线加耳穴贴压是比较理想的治疗单纯性肥胖症的一种有效方法,经济方便,无毒副作用,适用性强,值得在临床上推广。

[Objective]To discuss Periumbilical eight holes catgut embedding therapy combined with auricular plaster therapy on the simple obesity.[Methods]All 80 patients adopt catgutembeddingtherapy combined with auricular plaster therapy,and syndrome differentiation and treatment of location.[Result]All the operations on 80 patients including cured 17 cases（accounted for 21.25%）,36 cases were significantly effective（accounted for 45.00%） effective 20 cases（accounted for 25.00%）,and 7 cases were inefficient（accounted for 8.75%）,The total effective rate was 91.25%.[Conclusion]Periumbilical eight holes catgutembeddingtherapy combined with auricular plaster therapy on the simple obesity is promising and effective for patients.It is safe effective and economical and convenient,no side effect and be worth to popularize in clinical.
