摘要
[目的]观察苗药金乌健骨汤内服加五滕散外用治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的疗效。[方法]将70例随机分为两组,治疗组35例予苗药金乌健骨汤内服配合中药五滕散外用;对照组35例采用甲氨蝶呤配合双氯芬酸钠双释放肠溶胶囊口服,两组疗程均为3个月。[结果]治疗3个月后评定疗效。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。主要症状、体征、实验指标,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]苗药金乌健骨汤内服配合中药五滕散外洗治疗RA具有较好的临床疗效。
[ Objective] To observe effect of treating rheumatoid arthritis with Miao medicine Jinwu Jiangu decoction oral administration plus Wuteng San external use. [ Method ] The 70 cases were randomly divided into two groups, Treatment group 35 cases with Miao medicine Jinwu Jiangu decoction oral administration plus Wuteng San external use. Control group 35 cases with methotrexate plus double release of diclofenac sodium enteric -coated capsules. [ Results ] 3 months after treatment. Clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The main symptoms and signs, laboratory indicators, the treatment group than the control group （P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01 ）. [ Conclusion] Treating rheumatoid arthritis with Miao medicine Jinwu Jiangu decoction oral administration plus Wuteng San external use has a good effect.
