健脾益肾方配合甲地孕酮治疗癌症食欲不振恶病质综合征21例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treating 21 Cases of Cancer Anorexia Cachexia Syndrome with Jianpi Yishen Fang plus Megestrol

[目的]观察健脾益肾方配合甲地孕酮对比单纯甲地孕酮治疗癌症食欲不振恶病质综合征的临床疗效和安全性。[方法]将41例随机分为两组,对照组20例口服宜利治(甲地孕酮分散片)治疗。治疗组21例在对照组治疗基础上采用健脾益肾方治疗。两组治疗4w为1疗程。治疗前后分别观察患者体重、食欲、上臂中部周径、生活质量评分、中医症状改善等。[结果]两组在食欲改善、体重、FAACT评分、中医症状改善方面,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组在上臂中部周径改善方面无明显差异(P>0.05)。[结论]健脾益肾方结合甲地孕酮治疗癌症相关性食欲不振恶病质综合征能改善食欲,增加体重,提高生活质量。

[ Objective ] To observe clinical efficacy and safety of treating cancer anorexia cachexia syndrome with Jianpi Yishen Fang plus megestrol. [ Method] The 41 cases were randomly divided into two groups, Control group 20 cases oral megestrol tablet. Treatment group 21 cases in the control group based on the use Jianpi Yishen Fang. Two groups treat 4w are 1 treatment course. Before and after treatment were observed in patients with body weight, appetite, middle upper arm circumference, quality of life score, clinical symptoms improvement. [ Results ] Two groups improved appetite, weight, FAACT score, clinical symptoms improved, the treatment group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The two groups in the middle upper arm circumference was no significant difference in improvement （P 〉 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] Treating cancer anorexia cachexia syndrome with Jianpi Yishen Fang plus megestrol, Can improve appetite, weight gain, improve quality of life.
