逍遥散加心理疗法治疗躯体形式障碍43例疗效观察

Effective Observation on Treating 43 Cases of Somatoform Disorders with Xiaoyao San plus Psychotherapy

[目的]观察逍遥散加心理疗法治疗躯体形式障碍的临床疗效。[方法]43例采用中药辨证施治,同时给予心理治疗。经过1个疗程(1个月)治疗进行疗效判定。[结果]临床治愈18例,有效22例,无效3例,总有效率93.10%。[结论]逍遥散加心理疗法治疗躯体形式障碍疗效较好。

[ Objective ] To observe effect of treating somatoform disorders with Xiaoyao San plus psychotherapy. [ Method] 43 cases with TCM differential treatment ,while providing psychological treatment. After a coures of treatment （ 1 month） to determine the efficacy. [ Results ] Clinical cure 18 cases, effective 22 cases, invalid 3 cases, the total efficiency rate for 93. 10%. [ Conclusion ] Treating somatoform disorders with Xiaoyao San plus psychotherapy has a good effect.
