足三里穴位注射新斯的明治疗胸腰椎骨折后腹胀腹痛74例

Zusanli Acupoint Injection of Neostigmine in Treatment 74 Cases of Thoracic and Lumbar Fracture After The Onset of Abdominal Pain and Distension

[目的]观察足三里穴位注射新斯的明治疗胸腰椎骨折后出现腹胀腹痛的疗效。[方法]将74例胸腰椎骨折后出现腹胀腹痛的患者采用足三里穴位注射新斯的明。[结果]经治疗2h后观察疗效。显效47例,有效20例,无效7例,总有效率达90.50%。[结论]足三里穴位注射新斯的明可以取得较好疗效。

[ Objective ] To observe the Zusanli acupoint injection of neostigmine in treatment of thoracic and lumbar fracture after the onset of abdominal pain and distension effect. [ Methods ] 74 cases of thor aco lumbar fractures after the onset of abdominal pain and distension were treated by acupoint injection of neostigmine. [ Results ] After the treat ment effect was observed after two hours, markedly 47 cases, effective 20 cases, invalid 7 cases, the total efficiency of 90.50%. [ Conclusion] Zusanli acupoint injection of neostigmine can obtain better effect.
