原发性骨质疏松症症候表与生活质量量表一致性研究

To Study the Consistency between the Scale for Primary Osteoporosis According to Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Quality of Life Scale

[目的]评价原发性骨质疏松症症候表与生活质量量表一致性。[方法]编制原发性骨质疏松症症候表,对194例原发性骨质疏松症进行症候表、生活质量量表流行病学调查。进行简单相关分析、组内相关系数检验(Intra-classCorrelation Coefficients)ICC和Bland-Altman分析验证。[结果]两表具有相关性(r=0.586,P<0.01),组内相关系数ICC检验r=0.998,相关系数取值0.99876～0.99836,经Bland-Altman方法验证95%差值均位于可信区间。两表具有较好的一致性。[结论]原发性骨质疏松症中医症候表能准确反映患者自我感觉及生存状况,具有科学性、合理性,为中医证及症候聚类分析与规范标准制定积累了基础资料。

[Objective] To evaluate the consistency between the Scale for primary Osteoporosis According to Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） and the Quality of Life Scale.[Method] Compose the Scale for primary Osteoporosis According to TCM to investigate 194 subjects＇ the Scale for primary Osteoporosis According to TCM and the Quality of Life Scale through correlation analysis,the Intra-class Correlation Coefficients（ICC） and Bland-Altman.[Result] Correlation coefficient r=0.586,P0.01,The R value from ICC is 0.998,whose credibility interval is 0.99876 to 0.99836.The 95% of difference value is within the credibility interval verified by the method of Bland-Altman.There is preferable consistency between the scale for primary osteoporosis according to TCM and the quality of life scale.[Conclusion] The scale for primary Osteoporosis According to TCM with scientificity and rationality can exactly reflect patients＇ sensation and living condition,which provides basic material to cluster analyze and establish the specification stander for TCM syndromes and symptoms.
