摘要
[目的]观察喜炎平注射液联合西药治疗急性上呼吸道感染疗效。[方法]将243例随机分为两组,对照组91例,西药常规治疗。治疗组152例,在对照组常规治疗基础上加用喜炎平注射液5～10mg/(kg.d);两组均5～7d为1疗程,治疗1疗程(7d)进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组治愈78例,有效62例,无效12例,总有效率92.11%;对照组治愈33例,有效44例,无效14例,总有效率84.62%,临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]喜炎平注射液治疗急性上呼吸道感染效果理想,安全性高,无过敏反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe effects of Xiyanping Injection on acute upper respiratory tract infection.[Methods] 243 cases were randomly divided into two groups.152 cases in treatment group were treated with Xiyanping injection 5～10mg/（kg·d）,i.v.gtt.91 cases in control group.[Results] Total efficiency of treatment group is 92.11% while Total efficiency of control group is 84.62%.There were significant differences between two groups.[Conclusions] Xiyanping Injection that possesses functions of antibacterial and antivirus is the best choice to treat acute upper respiratory tract infection.
