愈糜灵汤治疗糜烂性胃炎53例

Yumiling Tang Treatment Erosive Gastritis 53 cases

[目的]观察愈糜灵汤治疗糜烂性胃炎疗效。[方法]对53例纤维胃镜检查诊断糜烂性胃炎患者使用自拟愈糜灵汤随症加减,1剂/d。6周为1个疗程。治疗1个(48d)疗程后,胃镜复查进行疗效判定。[结果]痊愈32例,显效18例,无效3例,总有效率94.34%。[结论]愈糜灵汤健脾益气、和胃降逆、敛疮生肌、行气除满,治疗糜烂性胃炎疗效好、副作用少,值得临床推广使用。

[Objective] Observation Yumiling Tang treatment erosive gastritis curative effect.[Method] In 53 patients with fiber gastroscope inspection diagnosis erosive gastritis patients use Yumiling Tang with disease to add and subtract,1 agent/d.6 week for a period of treatment.For 1（48 days） course,endoscopy review on outcome.[Result] Well 32 cases,powerfully 18 cases,effectiveness and 3 cases,the total effective rate of 94.34%.[Conclusion] Yumiling Tang enriching qi,and stomach drop inverse,sore muscles,line convergence born gas except full,treatment,erosive gastritis has good curative effect,less side effects,and promote the use of clinical.
