摘要
[目的]观察五苓散和肾气丸联合西药治疗肝硬化腹水疗效。[方法]将98例肝硬化腹水随机分为两组,对照组49例西医常规治疗,治疗组49例五苓散和肾气丸加味水煎,1剂/d,西药治疗同对照组。两组均28 d为1疗程,治疗1个疗程进行疗效判定。[结果]总有效率治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01),痊愈,显效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]五苓散和肾气丸联合西药治疗肝硬化腹水腹水消退比单纯西医治疗快,可以减轻西药副作用,降低肝硬化腹水治疗后复发率。
[Objective] To observe the Wulingsan and treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis of the kidney pill clinical effects.[Method] The 98 cases of liver cirrhosis were randomly divided into treatment group of 49 patients in the control group of 49 patients in control group with liver,and Water and other symptomatic treatment,the treatment group on the basis of the above program Wulingsan and kidney Pill taking the medicine.Two group were observed after 4 weeks of treatment efficacy.[Results] The total effective rate was 85.7% in the control group was 51.1%.two groups,the difference was significant（P0.01）.[Conclusion] Wulingsan and kidney Pill Chinese medicine combined with western medicine treatment of liver cirrhosis with ascites was better than western medicine.
