清头祛风饮治疗原发性头痛320例

Qingtou Qufeng Drink the Treatment of Primary Headaches 320 cases

[目的]观察清头祛风饮治疗原发性头痛疗效。[方法]对320例原发性头痛使用清头祛风饮,1剂/d,水煎分3次服,治疗期间暂停其他药物。20为1疗程,治疗1疗程(20d)进行疗效判定。[结果]临床治愈140例,显效80例,无效10例,疗程最短7天,最长26天,平均15天。[结论]清头祛风饮虽为解表方剂,也可临证加减扩大范围,获得满意效果。

[Objective] Observation Qingtou Qufeng drink the treatment of primary headaches curative effect.[Methods] 320 patients with primary headaches for use Qingtou Qufeng drink,1 agent water frying three times of clothing,suspended during the treatment of other drugs.Treatment for 1,00 treatment procedures（00 d） outcome.[Results] Well in 140 cases,80 cases were markedly effective,invalid 10 cases,period of treatment the shortest 7 days,the longest 26 days,an average of 15 days.[Conclusions] Qingtou Qufeng drink is for XieBiao formula,also can add and subtract clinical expansion and satisfactory effect.
