逍遥散联合针灸治疗面神经炎30例

Ease Powder and Acupuncture Treatment of 30 Patients with Facial Neuritis

[目的]观察逍遥散联合针灸治疗面神经炎疗效。[方法]将60例1周内急性发病门诊患者随机分为两组。对照组30例针灸治疗,1次/d,口服维生素B1、B12。治疗组30例在对照组基础上加用逍遥散汤剂口服,3次/d。两组均30 d为1疗程。治疗1疗程(4d)进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组痊愈20例,显效5例,有效2例,无效3例,总有效率90.00%。对照组痊愈10例,显效3例,有效2例,无效15例,总有效率50.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]逍遥散联合针灸治疗面神经炎疗效满意。

[Objective] To observe the effect of Ease Powder combined with acupuncture therapy on treatment of facial neuritis.[Methods] 60 cases of 1 week in acute onset of outpatient were randomly divided into two groups.A control group of 30 cases treated with acupuncture,1 day,vitamin B1,B12.The treatment group of 30 cases in the control group based on the use of Ease Powder Decoction oral,3 days.The two groups were 30 d 1 treatment.1 courses of treatment（4 days） to judge the curative effect.[Results] the treatment group 20 cases were cured,5 cases,effective in 2 cases,ineffective in 3 cases,the total effective rate was 90%.The control group of 10 cases were cured,3 cases,effective in 2 cases,ineffective in 15 cases,the total effective rate was 50%.The curative effect in treatment group than in control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion] Ease Powder Combined with acupuncture treatment of facial neuritis curative effect satisfaction.
