摘要
在生活世界中强调作为"人"的教师,是其专业身份认同的前提条件。"研究者"与"艺术家"之间动态维持的张力关系构成了教师专业身份认同的可能空间,它既关注以艺术为中介的生命反思,又重视以研究为动力的自我生成。在教育实践中坚持以少为多的变革思路、形成陌生人的教师自我意象、发展教师自我的实践智慧等,则是教师专业身份认同的基本策略。
In the domain of living world, teacher is the person in the dynamic generation, possible life and the life of polities. Based on this precondition, the image of dynamic keeping "middleman" between "researchers" and "artists" will become the possible way for shaping teacher professional identity. Focusing on the life reflection of the art as the intermediary and emphasizing the self generation of the research as the motivation has constituted the basic of shaping teacher professional identity. Adhering to the change ideas of "less is more", forming the teacher self-image of "stranger" and practical wisdom of developing teacher self are the basic strategies for shaping teacher professional identity.
