摘要
目的:探讨孟鲁司特治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的临床效果。方法:对照组给予口服盐酸丙卡特罗(美普清)和酮替芬I治疗组在对照组的基础上加用孟鲁司特咀嚼片,总疗程3个月。观察疗效,随访6个月,追踪复发情况。结果:对照组显效18例,显效率29.5%,有效20例,有效率32.8%,无效23例,无效率37.7%,总有效率62.3%;治疗组显效26例,显效率42.6%,有效26例,有效率42.6%,无效9例,无效率14.8%,总有效率85.2%;两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效确切。
Objective ：To investigate the effect of montelukast treatment of cough variant asthma （cough variant asthma, CVA） clinical effects. Methods：The control group was given oral procaterol hydrochloride （U. S. ＆ P clear ） and I ketotifen treatment group were based on the use of special chewable Secretary Lu Yu, the total course of 3 months. Efficacy, follow - up of 6 months to track recurrence. Results： In control group 18 cases markedly effective rate 29. 5% , effective 20 cases,the effective rate was 32.8%, ineffective in 23 cases, 37. 7v/o ,the total effective rate was 62. 3% ; treatment group ,26 cases markedly effective rate was 42. 6% , effective in 26 cases, the effective rate was 42. 6% , 9 cases, ineffective rate was 14. 8% ,total effective rate was 85.2%;two groups was significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Montelukast treatment of cough variant asthma clinical efficacy, it is worth promoting.
