糖尿病患者骨密度变化的相关因素分析

摘要 目的:探讨糖尿病患者骨密度变化的相关因素关系。方法:收治糖尿病患者149例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:男性糖尿病患者明显低于正常健康人的骨密度值,女性糖尿病患者的骨密度明显低于正常女性的骨密度,二者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病患者较易发生骨质疏松,全身骨量丢失明显,其主要影响因素是由于胰岛素生长因子明显下降,导致骨形成明显减低。 Objective:To investigate changes in bone mineral density in diabetic patients the relationship between the relevant factors. Methods : Male 69 cases of male diabetic patients was significantly lower than the normal healthy person bone mineral density, 70 cases of bone mineral density in women with diabetes was significantly lower than normal bone mineral density in women, the two are more significant differences( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Diabetic patients are more prone to osteoporosis, systemic bone loss significantly, the main factor is due to decreased insulinlike growth factor,resulting in significantly reduced bone formation.
