泮托拉唑联合托烷司琼治疗化疗所致消化道反应的疗效观察

目的:观察泮托拉唑+托烷司琼+地塞米松联合治疗肿瘤患者化疗所致消化道反应的临床疗效和不良反应。方法:将70例化疗患者随机分为P、T两组,P组为治疗组,给予泮托拉唑+托烷司琼+地塞米松;T组为对照组,给于托烷司琼+地塞米松,比较两组的临床疗效与不良反应。结果:治疗组在预防食欲不振、抑制恶心、呕吐等方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组头晕、腹痛、便秘、乏力、颜面潮红、失眠等不良反应发生率相仿(P>0.05)。结论:泮托拉唑联合托烷司琼预防化疗所致消化道反应疗效好。

Objective：To observe the curative effct of the pantoprazole combined with tropisetron and dexamethasone in prevention the reaction of gastrointestinal coused by chemotherapy. Method：70 patients who had chemotherapiesed were randomly divided into P,T groups, group P were assigned to re- ceive pantoprazole ＋ tropisetron ＋ dexamethasone;group T were assigned to receive tropisetron ＋ dexamethasone, the clinlic effect and drug reactions in two groups after medication were observed. Result： There were singnificantly lower incidence of anorexia,nausea and vomiting in group P than in group T（P 〈 0.05）;the rate of two groups＇s side effects of dizziness, abdominal pain constipation, feebleness, tidal fever, insomnia are equel （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Pantoprazole combined with tropistron was safe and effective for the prevention gastrointestinal cousded by chemotheraply.
