摘要
目的:探讨正后壁导联正常心电图指标应用要点。方法:描记300例常规导联和V7、V8、V9,并分别记录V7、V8、V9高一肋间和低一肋间图形。结果:正常人正后壁导联心电图表现特点:QRS波型多呈qR型,Q波时间<0.03s,Q/R<1,正后壁导联正常心电图分析,有助于正后壁心肌梗死的鉴别。结论:正后壁导联正常心电图的特征及临床应用价值。
Objective： To discuss the key points of the normal electrocardiogram parameters about retral leads. Methods： 300 cases of routine leads andV7 V8 V9 were described. Results：the characters are that QRS are mosdy qR model, the time of Q wave 〈 0. 03s, Q/R 〈 1, the electrocardiogram anal- ysis about retral leads of normal people is hlepful to distinguish the mioeardial infarction about retral leads. Discuss：the character of the electrocardiogram about retral leads of normal people and the clinical value.
